Help with the Heybird app.

Write to hello@heybird.ai. A person reads every message and answers within one working day. Say which phone number or email you signed in with, so we can find your account.

Common questions

Heybird isn't answering my calls. Check that forwarding is on: in the app, open Phone and follow the steps for your carrier. A free trial answers on a shared test line only; your own number comes with a paid plan.

Cancel or change a plan. Plans are App Store subscriptions. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Heybird. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Delete my account. In the app: Account → You → Delete my account. This deletes your recordings and business data and releases your phone number. Turn call forwarding off first, or callers will hear a dead line.
