Heybird Terms of Service
Last updated 5 October 2026
These terms are a contract between you and UNIQ VENTURES, SLU ("Heybird", "we"), a company registered in Spain, for the Heybird app and service. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Heybird answers calls, texts and emails for your business with an AI receptionist, takes messages and booking requests, and shows you the result in the app. You tell it what to say and how to behave; you remain responsible for what your business tells its customers. Heybird can connect to your calendar and your phone number on your instruction, and you can disconnect either at any time.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you set up. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it. One account serves one business.
Acceptable use
Don't use Heybird to break the law, to call or message people who have asked not to be contacted, to impersonate someone else, to send spam, or to collect data you have no right to. Where the law requires that callers be told they are speaking to an AI or being recorded, Heybird says so and you must leave that on. We may suspend an account that puts callers, carriers or other customers at risk.
Subscriptions
Heybird is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. Prices, the free trial and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you subscribe. Apple bills you and handles refunds under its own terms; you can cancel any time in your Apple subscription settings, and the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. Phone numbers are provided while your subscription is active and are released when it ends.
An AI answers
The receptionist is an AI. It can misunderstand, mis-hear or be wrong. We build it to take a message or hand over to you rather than guess, but you should check what it recorded before acting on it, and you must not rely on it for anything where a mistake could cause serious harm (medical, legal or financial advice, emergencies). Callers are told where to reach emergency services.
Your data
How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy. You own your business's content; you give us the right to process it to run the service. For the calls, messages and emails your business receives, you are the controller and we are your processor.
Changes and ending
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We can change these terms with notice in the app; if you keep using Heybird after the change takes effect, the new terms apply. We may stop providing the service with reasonable notice, refunding any prepaid period we don't deliver.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Heybird is provided as is, and our liability to you for any claim in a twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for consumers under EU and Spanish consumer law.
Law
Spanish law applies, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without taking away protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
